MISSION

The mission of the Armed Forces Services Corporation (AFSC) is to optimize the lives of Warriors, Veterans and their Families, and strengthen the continuum of care by bringing innovative solutions to today’s military community.

PURPOSE

AFSC has a 130-year legacy of service and support to Warriors, Veterans and their Families. As a leading provider of military health and human capital services to the federal government, AFSC’s innovative and compassionate services have been recognized by leaders throughout Congress, DoD, VA and top advocacy groups. AFSC delivers services and technology that successfully combine the highest possible quality and accuracy, with an unparalleled understanding of, and compassion for Warriors, Veterans and their Families.

HISTORY

AFSC’s legacy goes back to 1879 with the formation of a nonprofit organization established to care for surviving spouses from The Battle of Little Big Horn. Before there was a Veterans Administration, they were working to ensure care was provided to Veterans and their Families. Today AFSC provides world class services to ALL ranks, ALL branches of the military and maintains an integrated system that provides benefits information based on personalized family data. AFSC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) focused exclusively on health and human capital.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

AFSC's legacy of service has been acclaimed by the White House, Congress, Department Of Defense (DoD), Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), and the advocacy community. AFSC has proven itself time and time again, supporting complex, sensitive, and highly visible health and human service areas for the federal government.
