ARMED FORCES SERVICES CORPORATION (AFSC) was selected as a prime contractor in three critical human resources mission areas for 2009–2015 by Army Mission Installation Contracting Command (AMICC), Office of the Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), Human Resource Solutions (HRS).

Who should use HR Solutions? The new contracts are designed to support Commanders, Staff Officers, Senior Managers and Action Officers who must meet manpower requirements and stay focused on their primary mission with limited acquisition experience, resources and time. Studies and Analysis—AFSC Team M.E.N.S.A. can deliver business planning, research, and evaluation support services across the spectrum, ranging from Process Re-Engineering and Trend Analysis to Training, Policy Development, and Proof of Concept Studies.
